“Hey [blank]!”

If your word choices are among the following: ”baby”, “sexy”, “mami”, “hunny”, or anything else of that nature… this message is especially meant for you!

I must be completely honest with you, as flattering as that opening line might sound — It ticks me off.

When talking to someone for the first time,
I want to learn more about them. When called your “baby” or “mamma” when I am trying to have a conversation with someone, I feel cheapened. First because I am not your “baby” and second because your intentions sound like a pick-up line for a booty call (which I am not interested in). I am usually very busy– so when I take the time and effort to talk, I expect a little bit of respect (just as I am sure you do).

That is not a lot to ask for, is it?

I am striving to be more than a model. I want to be respected; treated as someone with brains, ambition, and character. My photos do mean a lot to me (a lot of hard work has been put into them) but it is not the only medium I wish to be known for (that is why my website is not only photo-based).

So, whether or not you’ve hollered at a girl/guy before, if you understand where I am coming from then I am more then willing to start over.

Hi! I’m Kasumi, and you are? :)

xoxo K.S.

    Yeah, tell ‘em!

You’re a very smart person. Hopefully people will take notice. :)

  2. I am completely impressed with the article I have just read. I wish the writer of kasumishimizu.com can continue to provide so much productive information and unforgettable experience to kasumishimizu.com readers. There is not much to say except the following universal truth: Truth is like beauty; it is in the eye of the beholder I will be back.

Well said. But remember this – There will always be men who will continue to talk like that. They are horn dogs. All you gotta do is stay strong and reject them =D. That’s where media takes place, such a big role that influences and poisons the minds of these young and old individuals. Until then, just stay strong Julianne because the media is so damn dominant, and the environment that men hang out with.
